Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Strategy & Execution: Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multi-channel platforms to drive inbound leads and brand awareness.
• SEO & Content Marketing: Optimize website architecture and content for search engines to improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and technical SEO performance.
• Performance & Paid Ads: Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta Ads) focusing on high ROI and low customer acquisition costs.
• Social Media & Community Growth: Oversee social media channels, craft engaging content calendars, and build active communities to foster brand loyalty.
• Email & Automation Campaigns: Design automated email marketing sequences, lead nurturing funnels, and newsletter campaigns to boost customer retention.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and tracking tools, analyze KPIs, and generate actionable insights for optimization.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably scaling growth for tech startups or digital agencies.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of SEO tools, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and marketing automation workflows.
• Creative & Analytical Mindset: Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills backed by a strong data-driven approach to tracking metrics.
