Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture & System Design: Architect robust, scalable, and secure end-to-end technical solutions spanning front-end, back-end, cloud infrastructure, and databases.
• Technical Leadership & Strategy: Define and drive the long-term technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with startup growth goals and cutting-edge industry standards.
• Cross-Platform Integration: Oversee complex enterprise integrations (APIs, CRM systems, cloud functions, and third-party services) with zero friction.
• Code & Security Governance: Establish high engineering standards, code review practices, performance optimization guidelines, and hardened security protocols.
• Team Mentorship: Mentor and guide developers, engineers, and technical staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence and agile innovation.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, executives, and clients to translate business requirements into technical blueprints and actionable deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack engineering, system architecture, and technical leadership roles within product companies or agencies.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in modern web frameworks (Next.js, React, PHP/Laravel, Node.js), cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), databases (MySQL, Firebase, PostgreSQL), and API design.
