Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack web applications, handling both client-facing front-end components and back-end server logic.
• Architecture & Scalability: Build and scale high-performance backend systems, RESTful APIs, and database structures to support rapid startup growth.
• Front-End Excellence: Craft responsive, clean, and user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend frameworks and responsive design principles.
• Server & Deployment Management: Oversee server infrastructure, deployment pipelines, website speed optimization, and ensure hardened security protocols across platforms.
• Integrations & APIs: Integrate third-party services, payment gateways, CRM systems, and cloud databases seamlessly into the core architecture.
• Code Quality & Debugging: Write clean, maintainable code, conduct rigorous testing, troubleshoot production issues, and continuously optimize application performance.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Full-Stack Engineer, preferably working within a startup or fast-growing product ecosystem.
• Tech Stack Proficiency: Strong command over modern frontend frameworks, PHP/Node.js backend architectures, relational/NoSQL databases, and cloud/server management.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to handle end-to-end technical execution independently, troubleshoot complex bugs, and adapt quickly to shifting product requirements.
• Startup Culture Fit: Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to take ownership of features from conception to deployment.
